Return & Refund Policy
At must-havefashion.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. You’ll need your order number and the email address used to place the order to initiate a return.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at must-havefashion.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label and further instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear & swimwear (unless faulty)
- Pierced jewelry
- Gift cards
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
